How does the performance guarantee work?
If our system does not provide profitable trades that at least cover your subscription fee in a given month, your next month is free. The guarantee is measured on the trades our system publishes and the results we track publicly — not on your individual fills, so you are not penalized for how or whether you execute.
How much capital do I need?
Cash-secured puts require collateral, so account size determines how many signals you can act on. $50,000+ gives you room to diversify across the watchlist; you can start smaller and act on a subset. Your brokerage account will also need Level 3 options approval and margin enabled to act on the full range of signals (credit spreads and short puts) — check your broker's options-level settings before subscribing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Performance Guarantee Terms The free-month guarantee is measured on the performance of the trade signals Strategy 28 publishes — not on the subscriber's own account. For a given billing period, we total the realized profit and loss of every signal closed during that period, as published on our Closed Trades page. If that total is less than the subscriber's subscription fee for the period, the following month is provided free. Subscribers are not required to execute any trade to qualify, and individual results will differ from published signal results based on account size, fill prices, timing, and market conditions. Free months are applied to the next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash. Strategy 28 is not a registered investment adviser.
